A student of a Continuing ed cooking class is given the assignment for his final exam: bake a loaf of bread using live yeast. He gets the recipe a bit wrong, and ends up with more than just dough on his hands.

Essay film about the ongoing courtship the U.S. has with radioactivity.  In particular, the F.D.A’s approval of irradiated meat to School Lunch Program; radium suppositories marketed as early Viagra; radioactive paint as lipstick; and radioactive wristwatches currently be used as cock-ring contraceptives.

In silent era Japan, narrators would stand beside the screen reciting the action.  This movie recreates that effect with Western themes.

A traveler visits a strange house in the forest.

This film traces Gentry’s life journey, including her deep connection with Joseph Pilates and her creation, in Santa Fe, of her “Gentry Technique.”

“Curanderas: Folk Healers”- Rudy J. Miera, Albuquerque, 40 min.
Folk healing sources and methods are explained, described, and demonstrated in this documentary by practicing Curanderas. Elena Avila, Diane Martinez-Harsh, Laura Alonzo de Franklin, Lorraine Carriaga de Cordova, Cleo Torrez, etc. are interviewed & music composed by Melyssa Garland.
